Marceline to Magic Kingdom Tour

I have a 12 year old DS who absolutely loves all things Disney! He really, really wanted to to the KTTK tour but since he is only 12, he can't do it. So I was looking at the Marceline Tour. Would this tour be good for him? Is it an ok substitution for the other tour? I want it to be a surprise, but at the same time, I don't want it to be a letdown for him. Thoughts? We go the first week of June. Thanks!

I did that tour 2 years ago and I would recommend it. I think it was about 3 hours and definitely worth the money. We rode Peter Pan twice, once with the lights off and then again with the lights on. We also rode Carousel of Progress. I think we did one other ride but I can't remember what.

It is an excellent tour. I have taken 11 different ones, several multiple times and this is one of the best. I heartily recommend it.

Don't forget the discounts...AAA (sometimes), DVC, and AP (15%), Disney Visa (20%).

What lands do you tour?

When we went we rode Pooh and the Haunted Mansion. We also were able to go under HM, to see how the ballroom scene worked, and it was one of the coolest things I've ever done. We went around the time of the New Fantasyland soft openings in November, so our guide have us tips on how to get in possible. ((Basically a bunch of obvious hints and winks)))
