The half may have more bibs available to begin with, which would allow it to stay open longer.
Maybe they restrict the full more, because they want to get people out of the parks faster.

Well, the Goofy sold out before I could register, so I’m doing the half and the full. I guess I had to justify those two new pairs of running shoes I bought last week somehow, lol. But if anyone is looking for an amazing shoe, the Adidas Evo SL is probably one of the best shoes I’ve run in the last couple of years. It’s the new Endorphin Speed for me.

The really great feeling I had NOT registering for W&D has been surpassed by an even better feeling from NOT registering for MW! Not sure what to make of that, but I’m entirely pleased with my choice and not feeling an ounce of regret.

With DD running her first disney 5k with DH and me I now have to come up with some super awesome costumes (but not dopeybadger level of awesome because )

And as much as I'd like to get started on collecting things, I feel like I need to wait until November or December because she will change her mind 100 times in this month alone!

i've seen some SM posts about how the full is only $__ more than the half so I kind of wonder if some people "upgraded." It is NOT an anniversary year. I think next year is the HM (because my first race weekend was 2022 and we got a Donald luggage tag for the anniversary)

I probably won't be making it to the Expo until after HH so I'm on the fence right now about pre-orders. I always seem too see a lot of Goofy merch still available on Day 1 - but maybe not by Day 3....

So I just wanted to say thank you to amazing friends on the DIS boards! I know that I have been saved on more than one race registration day and I am so glad I can re-pay the favor to others. I am grateful beyond measure and I hope everyone found what they were looking for today. Cheers to all of you!

DH and I are in for our first full at WDW! (Thankfully, not first full in general ) but I am excited to experience all 4 parks!

Does anyone know how quickly the weekend jackets sell out? I want to be able to use my AP discount at the expo, but think it's the one piece of merch that I'll buy... the more I type the more I'm talking myself into just getting it now and avoiding of the stress of rushing for merch on the first day of the expo lol!
