All packed, sitting here twiddling my thumbs til Thursday (and making food for my DH to eat while I'm gone. I regret him never learning to cook more than plain spaghetti).
As for the shirts.....I picked and packed my marathon 2018 shirt (red) to wear during my 10k---I don't own any "normal weight" non-race running shirts. And now they release a marathon shirt that's.... red. I am fully prepared to break two rules by wearing the 10k shirt at the 10k: 1) Nothing new on race day and 2) Don't wear the shirt til you've done the race.
Yikes. I wasn't planning on buying any merch since I get 6 shirts with the Dopey. Now that I see those shirts I'm reconsidering... Any hope for remaining Dopey merch tomorrow afternoon (probably around 3-4pm)?

I may die from hypothermia. Please drag my body over the finish line and stop my watch
I bought new running mittens and I always have a stash of hand warmers, toe warmers and Mylar blankets on hand. I will be looking like this waiting in the corrals, but hopefully it will keep the Raynaud’s from flaring up too bad.
See unless it says “finisher” I subscribe to the theory that wearing the race shirt DURING its designated race is okay. But certainly not before. And no challenge shirts until you have the bling,
This Floridian is bringing his. However, we'll likely look quite different. I plan on standing in the pool for 10-15 minutes while wearing a sweatshirt to hopefully reduce any inflammation.
