How's training this weekend everyone? I got 8 in Friday even with some snow pellets (didn't really turn into real snow though) but had to stop at 10 yesterday (Saturday), I've hurt my butt cheek somehow in the last week or so...I'm vaguely remembering backing into something and smashing my butt into something, I'm thinking the deep bruise is surfacing as I can't even sit without it hurting & then it makes my lower back ache. Don't think it was from running, crossing fingers anyway. So, my run yesterday turned into a run/walk, which was fine & now plan to take a couple days off hoping it heals.
Good job! Yes, it sounds like taking a little time to heal is a good idea. I'm hoping to get 8 in today, bringing my total to 30 this week

I certainly felt and it and I'm feeling it now, but its manageable and I have felt worse. How I feel after is a concern as well as getting through 26 miles since we are doing the CC challenge. I want to enjoy the cruise and of course be able to do the 5K.

! Just got in the marathon through a TA yesterday! Holy cannoli I've got some training do.
