I think that if someone gets caught doing something like this they need to tatto there fore head or something they need to be embaressed the rest of there life. The emotional damages done to children by someone like this is not good. I know of a family that something like this happened to and they were never the same again. It is sad that a judge will set bail at $5000.00. $5000.00 and this guys is out of jail and heading home to do this again and again. If there was proof he did it then his but needs to stay in jail and see what it feels like to get friendly with his cell mates. If this had been one of my girls I would have acted first as my wife told the security people why I just beat the h@#$ out of the perve.
$5k really isn't that low. I have seen some that just sickens me and makes me wonder why I do what I do. For instance, I caught a perv peepin in a window, stopped him found that the window he was trying to look into belonged to a very attractive female. She had no idea who this guy was, I locked him up and sent him to see a judge, since he was not a legal citizen and had no permenant address you woulda thought he got sent to the prison right... nope... released on nominal bail. Once he got out he fled back to Mexico (we think)... turns out he was identified by the mug shot I took as being the actor in a sexual assault in a neighboring town, then I found out that another local Dept was looking at him for rape/homicide in a park. I am so glad the judge felt he was a nice young man and sent him off to flee and continue his assaults... he is still out there some where!
I refuse to say what I would do if this were my kids but I will say... it aint nice!!
I also believe that just because your found not-guilty does not mean you are 100% innocent!! If someone gets out of something for a technical mistake that I make, does that make him innocent? Nope, just means I better do a better job! Or how bout when they get the witness up there or the victim, the lawyer asks the same question 15 times 15 different ways and they get nervous, scared or what ever and make a mistake that costs the trial does that mean it was a good lawyer or that he is innocent?
I am done!
