Man arrested at WDW

I think that if someone gets caught doing something like this they need to tatto there fore head or something they need to be embaressed the rest of there life. The emotional damages done to children by someone like this is not good. I know of a family that something like this happened to and they were never the same again. It is sad that a judge will set bail at $5000.00. $5000.00 and this guys is out of jail and heading home to do this again and again. If there was proof he did it then his but needs to stay in jail and see what it feels like to get friendly with his cell mates. If this had been one of my girls I would have acted first as my wife told the security people why I just beat the h@#$ out of the perve.

$5k really isn't that low. I have seen some that just sickens me and makes me wonder why I do what I do. For instance, I caught a perv peepin in a window, stopped him found that the window he was trying to look into belonged to a very attractive female. She had no idea who this guy was, I locked him up and sent him to see a judge, since he was not a legal citizen and had no permenant address you woulda thought he got sent to the prison right... nope... released on nominal bail. Once he got out he fled back to Mexico (we think)... turns out he was identified by the mug shot I took as being the actor in a sexual assault in a neighboring town, then I found out that another local Dept was looking at him for rape/homicide in a park. I am so glad the judge felt he was a nice young man and sent him off to flee and continue his assaults... he is still out there some where!

I refuse to say what I would do if this were my kids but I will say... it aint nice!!

I also believe that just because your found not-guilty does not mean you are 100% innocent!! If someone gets out of something for a technical mistake that I make, does that make him innocent? Nope, just means I better do a better job! Or how bout when they get the witness up there or the victim, the lawyer asks the same question 15 times 15 different ways and they get nervous, scared or what ever and make a mistake that costs the trial does that mean it was a good lawyer or that he is innocent?

I am done!

It seems like those with children are a little less forgiving of MJ and his "cute little quirks".

I wonder if MJ were accused molesting Bubbles, the chimp....if people would have been more understanding of why those with children have such harsh judgements.

After all, if he was doing something really bad like arranging dog fights he would have drawn immediate prison time and an end to his career. Hmmm, maybe if you paid the dog not to testify...

They did, but the dogs talked anyway - didn't pay them enough. If it had been otters you could have paid them off with a few cases of beer.

Yup - you and me both - I learned some neat interrogation techniques from the ARVN. definitely would work in a case like that. very low rate of recidivism....

Fill the jury with parents and I wouldn't worry about going to trial for my response to this guy.

I honestly didnt mean to oppose Donna's opinion on this matter. I like Donna and respect her right to an opinion, even if it differs from mine. Donna I hope you dont harbor any anger towards me because of my harsh view on this.

I think she was more PO'd at me for my MJ reference, Roger, but I just couldn't ignore our society's obvious double standard here, and I stand by my statements.

I don't agree with everything said, sometimes I say so, sometimes I don't. But I always continue to read the thread to keep an open mind, and sometimes my opinion gets changed or altered because of more elaboration or views from the posts. But I usually get a laugh out of it. If someone unsubscribes to a thread because of a differing opinion, I think they may miss out on some education, apology or further explanation. It is their loss.

You're the last person I'd get ticked off at for expressing an opinion, Rog. I enjoy hearing your thoughts whether I agree with them or not. What got on my nerves was the fact that she smacked me down for expressing an opinion, simply because she didn't agree with it.

If we are only allowed to make statement that opposes no one, and doesn't disagree with anyone's taste, then nobody will be allowed to speak. It's that type of closed mindset that I oppose, not the opinions she or anyone else has.

The nice thing about everybody hav'n a brain is that it makes for different opinions , thoughts and feelings,,, and this just being my opinion,,, I always say whats on my mind about people, thoughts, things, etc. , most of the time I am wrong about what I say,but none the less, they are my opinions.
That being said,,if I don't agree with someone,,so what !, they have opinions and thoughts too ! But I would never be so small minded to start "holler'n" I'm gonna unsubscribe from a thread because I disagreed with or didn't like someone else's opinion or remark,,if I'm not gonna hit a site or thread anymore,,I simply DON'T HIT IT ANYMORE,,I don't havta tell everybody !

By saying they are unsubscribing, I guess I am supposed to feel bad. I don't. I say pretty much what's on my mind and could care less if somebody doesn't agree with me. I never let a disagreement interfere with a friendship, though. If it does, it's their problem, not mine. If I could only have friends that agreed with everything I said, I wouldn't have anybody to talk to.

We were at Typhoon Lagoon on Monday. This was pretty disturbing to read considering we have an 11 y/o daughter .

We also witnessed an incident there on Monday that was pretty bad. A man was screaming at his young daughter and his wife, throwing stuff around and saying words no children needed to hear. The bad part was that it went on for about 10-15 minutes and the cast members who were in the gift store just watched. My husband had to ask them to call security. It was crazy. The guy was still acting crazy when he got to the parking lot. I felt really bad for the little girl.
