My DW and I we're talking and trying to figure out if more men or women use this forum? I think men, she thinks women. The poll will tell

Thanks in advance for any and all replies.

P:S Unless I'm wrong and my DW is right then thanks for month's of "I told you so's":) ::yes::

Now, this was a surprise smile for me this morning!

Bobbi::yes::

My DH relies on me to keep current with everything. He only goes on a computer if it has something to do with sports, everything else is left to me!

Once I saw the title of this poll, I immediately assumed it had been inspired by Granny! :)

My DH drives a long commute, works loooong hours, and works on computers at Discover Card. He doesn't do much computer stuff for fun, but I keep him informed about what is happening on the DIS!!!! Lacee

My husband doesnt know how to even turn a computer on.....

He doesnt particapate in any trip planning what so ever... he just shows up and does what I have planned. He will however make comments about a trip when we get home, so I have some guidelines for the next trip.

It works out fine for us.

My DH will comment when I'm on the DISboards, and say, "Oh, are you talking to your friends ?" He uses that phrase because my kids say that when they go on AOL instant messenger. He'll ask if there's anything new or interesting, but he doesn't bother looking himself. He's like Laurabearz DH-just shows up and does whatever is planned.

Do you mean the entire DIS site, or just the DVC members that frequent this portion on the board?

I've banned my dh from these boards. It's an invasion of my privacy ;)

He was on here once and he started talking to me about it and it was just too weird, I asked him to stay off my boards, I found them first :teeth: !

LOL, Louis! :teeth:

The gender confusion of my user name was amusing the first several months even though after one week I put the "yeah I'm a guy" in my signature! There are many times I think I should have let people think I am a nice old lady so they wouldn't flame me so much! :p

The poll is going pretty much the way I figured it might. :)

My DH did that to me on another board. And while all in all its been a plus ("did you see the thread so and so posted about.....), once in a while I really regret it. No venting about him or his relatives!

dh and i are both here all the time. the only difference is, i post and he lurks

My DH usually just asks what's new. I'm the planner, he's the driver. But he does check the resales for potential add-ons.;)

We are not doing as well as in the general population where males are 49% of the population.

I do the boards and plan all the trips. I just tell hubby when to mark off work. :teeth: He used to be very into Disney like me, but as we got older it faded for him. He still loves going to WDW, though. We just have a rhythm once we get there, totally jive on the trip if that makes any sense. (You know what I mean if you've gone with others who you don't normally go with.)

Actually, he has recently had a renewed interest in Disney, specifically DL for the 50th celebration. He has been obsessing over some new site he stumbled across and I even caught him posting on their boards!

He is gonna try to get me on an airplane I know it. :faint:
