Does any one use those plastic screen-like pages to display their pins? I really don't know how to describe them. I've seen one person's binder using these. It seemed like it would be really easy to organize pins this way, since it helps to prevent punching holes all over your pin pages. Any comments? :earsboy:

I know exactally what you are talking about. Not only are they easy to orgainize they are also quite inexpensive.
I have just spent several days putting all my "keepers" on those pages. For now, I have them stacked in a box with a tag on the side of each page to identify the pins that are on the page. (I hope that makes sense). I would like to put them into some type of binder but, have not yet found one I feel is adequate.
In addition to putting the pins on these pages, I have taken pictures of the pages with my digital camera. This way I feel that I can keep tract of them. When I get a new pin and place it on a specific page, I retake the picture and delete the old one on my disc.
Good luck!

It is plastic canvas and you can get it at any craft shop.

I had a book like that, but found it was hard on the tips of the pins.

I now use foam sheets - they are not as sturdy, but work well.

Flitter,

Are the tags kinda like index tabs? That sounds like a great idea!

Mickey7811,

I never thought of using foam. Do you put foam between the pages also?

I cut them to fit into page protectors....and then place them in a binder with zippered sides just in case one falls out of place. I also use baseball card protectors to keep my traders in...this way I can leave them on their cards. I have a zippered pencil pouch that I keep oversize and boxed pins in....hope this helps.
