Okay, we made ADRs for 6 this September. We're in the middle of adoption and not really sure how many children we'd be matched with....etc. So I estimated 2 and booked ADRs for that many just in case.

Now we received a call today that it may be 7 (3 children plus our current 2 and hubby and me).....how hard is it going to be for me to add another child? Two of them are under 3, so we're hoping it won't be that big of a deal.

We did book two rooms as well....which should be plenty :) YAY! Here's hoping it all works out!

i would think the real question is it a chair or a highchair? or a lap child.

Well the youngest would be a highchair child. The other two, one would be chair and one would be highchair/chair with a booster? So we have 4 chair sitters currently, then add another 2 and one high chair?

so 6 + a highchair? i'd say your ADRs were spot on then. at least that's what would be my understanding.

Well, no advice on your dining question...but just had to say CONGRATULATIONS :goodvibes on the (possible) three new members of your family!

You guys must be so excited!:cheer2:

So so so excited!!!! We're waiting for Thursday for the official word, but I'm praying hard and crossing all my fingers and toes LOL

Thanks everyone for your insight :) I was thinking that since one will be in a highchair that it would be fine too....:)

Oh my adopting 3 children at once.. wow! How very exciting:thumbsup2 I did not know you could even do that:teacher:
I think you would be fine for your ressies too

When our youngest was 15 months and in a highchair, they counted him in the total for our dining ressies.

Congratulations on your upcoming adoption, how wonderful!

I wouldn't think that it would be a big deal? However, they are counting my 18 month old baby in the total for our upcoming trip.

Well, we can always call them after Thursday and ask I suppose. If it turns out to be a big deal we'll play around with it and if nothing is available we'll try another restaurant :) Thanks!!!

And yes, you can adopt 4,5,6....and more at one time, if you're homestudy approved for that many and they are siblings. We wanted atleast 2 more, but three will do us just fine :)

I guess I shouldn't count my chickens before the eggs hatch though....we do have to wait until Thursday to make sure it's official :)
