Making Reservations before adding DP

I was just wondering if I would be able to make reservations at restaurants now and later on add the DP. Will adding the DP affect the reservations? I know before I make the reservations to make sure the restaurants accept the DP

The only affected reservation would be Cinderella's Royal Table. As it requires prepayment, you would have to pay now and get a refund if/when you add the ddp. Other than than, no affect on your reservations. You are simply paying for your meals with the ddp.

Thanks for the help! I actually booked through expedia and just found out you cant add the meal plan on. I'm gonna try to cancel through Expedia and rebook through Disney!

Don't forget about AAA. They handled my last trip and it worked out great. I had to move my vaca back a day and added on a meal plan at a different time and it all went off without a hitch. Plus, they give you free stuff like luggage tags, coupons and a FREE photopass CD.

You might want to look into it.
