Making payments on Disney Vacation Package

I read on WDW site that I can make payments towards our package. Has anyone done here done this?

Can I make weekly payments? I already have the budget for our December, 2008 WDW vacation planned...we will need anywhere from $47.50 a week to stay at a Value resort, or $100 a week to stay at the Polynesian. (I've got my heart set on the latter)

I would love to be able to send Disney this money...much less tempting to use it for something else. You know the old saying...out of sight, out of mind.

You can make weekly payments online. I have been doing it on my package for the past month. I have even made 2 payments within a 24 hr period.
