Making a video w/pics

My sister is getting married in October. My other sister decided we need to make a video of pictures to surprise the bride and groom. She wants to make a video of them each growing up and then together. Does anyone know of any computer programs that may help us? We want to fade pics in and out and add captions along with music. Any suggestions??

What about Windows Movie Maker? If you have that on your computer, I believe you can use that.

I just did this and the easiest program, for me at least, was PhotoStory. You can download it for free, just do a google search.

It really isn't that hard and the end result was fabulous!
