Can any one give me tips on how to get a reservation at Le Cellier. Whenever we go to Disney it is always booked

The only advise is to keep calling and checking online. Oh and be flexible about day and time if you can.

Good luck!

I guess you need to call as soon as the reservation for a certain day is open. And call early in the morning that day. Thanks for the reply.

I got ours by just checking online a whole bunch. Also, if you check online, don't use their designation of 'breakfast,' 'lunch,' or 'dinner.' Unless they've fixed it, it somehow doesn't check everything. For instance, you may be to find a 7:00pm reservation by searching for 7:00pm but it doesn't show up when you search 'dinner.'

Book at the 180 day mark. I was able to find a time, even though some were during off hours, for every day when I was looking. (This was for end of Aug/early Sept).
And then, like others said, keep trying and play with the times and something might come up. Some people may cancel at the 45 day mark, so you never know when something will open up.

Two tips:

1) Book at the 180 +10 days out -- usually trying for Le Cellier near the end of your trip. I.E. call at 180 days out from the start of your trip and look for Le Cellier near the end of the trip (i.e. 185 days out or so).

2) Keep checking online 2-3 times a day trying to snag a cancellation. This works but you have to do it obsessively.

If you can make your reservation at 180 days at 7am you should be able to get one. I have never been shut out when booking Le Cellier at the 180 mark. Good Luck

Subscribe to the cancellation thread for the month you are going. I was able to coordinate with someone there for a Le Cellier reservation. I was online while she cancelled, I refreshed screen, and got her reservation. Just takes some diligence in checking the online reservation system several times a day and/or finding a Disboard friend!

1) Other than a cancellation, there is only one way.
2) Find a Conciege with a Dining Override Code.
3) They can fit you into ANY eatery, even if it is sold out.

NOTE: All resorts have at least two Concierge with the code. It is just a chore to find out who he/she is at your resort. And, no, I do not know of a single IPO Concierge that has the code. These are all Lobby Concierge folks. Other than a Concierge, your need a General Manager level to get you an override.

This is what we do also, this year in Oct. we are taking a 8:15 adr and booked at 180 days, but got yo get our Le Cellier especially since next year it will be 2 TS and I don't think worth it. Last year we took a mid afternoon lunch time.

On New Year's Day this year, DH surprised me by telling me that we could go to WDW the last week in April! The first thing I did was come up with a schedule and then figure out where we wanted to eat. I was soon online to see what was available. LeCellier was the first place I checked and there was no availability for dinner during our stay. It had to be dinner because the meal that I wanted (pan-seared scallops) was only on the dinner menu. So I booked something else but continued to check online for openings. Two days later, they had one and I jumped on it. I had to rearrange a few things but that was ok because I was going to get my scallops! Then we finally get there and they are not on the menu. I was crushed. They had a halibut dish that was very good, but I had been looking forward to thje scallops since I had them the first time. Guess that's what I get for going to a steakhouse for seafood.

Anyway, the point is keep trying and be willing to adjust other things. Good luck.

We wanted dinner at Le Cellier, but it was booked the whole week we are going to be there. So, we're doing lunch instead, and got a perfect time. I think flexibility is the key here. Change around your times and open yourself up to the possibility of lunch. Now, instead of snacking throughout Epcot during the day and having a big dinner, we'll have a big lunch, and snack around the world instead of dinner!

I booked my dec trip about 2 weeks ago and have been trying daily to get le Cellier...I finally got lucky today...no its not the time or day I wanted, but it is an ADR...and I will keep checking back, just in case something more convenient opens up.

LUCKY U!! I have been trying also! We didn't know we were going to get to go until the first week of august and I can't get one there! Been trying, will keep trying! Congrats!

I started looking in June for Le Cellier for our late Sept trip and nothing at all ever showed up until about two weeks ago a 5:40pm Monday night appeared. I clicked make reservation so fast. Haha. If you have another restaurant around that time already booked, don't worry, it will ask if you want to cancel it and book the new one. Click confirm and you've got it.

Same for us. Call right at the 180 day mark. I made reservtions online right at 7:00 am. After that, you just have to hope someone cancels.

Just keep hawking the online reservations page. I got one for the first week of Sept just last week There were a few times available and just like that they were all scooped up.
