Major waits in Epcot!

Wow. 7am. I applaud your ability to get up early enough to be there at 7am and take advantage of what I would think would be lower crowd levels, but I don't think I'd ever be able to get out of bed while it's still dark outside when I'm on vacation :)

You would be surprised what you might do to avoid lines. We waited for a bus in the dark mid-March for 7am EMH. We accidentally slept in and were supposed to be at the stop an hour earlier. The lack of crowds was great though.

7 is not accurate. Today is a 9 or 10. I have been in many parks on 8s and 9s and this is the busiest it's been for me. Surprisingly, There was no wait at all for my avocado margarita!!

The margarita makes everything OK:thumbsup2

I'll be there 17th-28th and I hope the crowds are not insane. Specifically chose that time hoping to avoid Easter crowds and Star Wars crowds. I know no matter when you go these days there is not really a slow time anymore...but there are times where crowds see steady declines.

It is a blackout period right now because of expected crowds. (For seasonal pass holders)

I can't imagine waiting that long for anything. I'm not saying that people shouldn't, I just don't get it.

I think that, while MK was the recommended park on Wed, I bet that DHS was beyond crazy that day too .... We did DHS today and it seemed less crowded than what I was expecting, even as a recommended park. I have a feeling that many vacationers went home today....

We went to DHS late this afternoon and just got back from Fantasmic. The park was the least crowded of any park we have seen this week. I agree that a lot of people are heading out.

I'm on vacation every day so getting up early is no hardship.

We are here this week (kids break in NY) but we wouldn't even think of going into the parks during the day. We have gone to MK 4 nights right at Wishes and stayed until after midnight. The crowds are still thick late at night, but FP+ is handy. I planned a mostly resort trip at AKL and it's worked out great. We spoke to some people who did the standby to try and understand the 255 minute thing. I still have no clue why people would do that to themselves!!

As a few others here have mentioned, easy wdw had almost this entire week at a level 9 for crowds, and he actually had Epcot as the least recommended park today and HS as the most recommended park. Sounds like he just about nailed it.
