We just purchased at BLT on our trip a couple of weeks ago. We were told we pay our dues in full in Jan. I am reading online that there is an option to pay monthly from a US bank account. If we want to do this would we be able to us our US bank account we have at TD (Canadian branch) or do we need to setup a bank account in the united states at an american bank

you need an actual US account. I know through RBC I can get a US based account through their branches in the US. I don't mean just a USD dollar account; that won't cut it. TD gives the option as well for a US based account, not certain what other Canadian institutions but I am certain there are others.
