Main Street Barbershop reservations??

I know the barbershop just reopened and can be reserved online. Problem is that i don't see 1 day with availability. My ADR window opens next week so I was hoping to grab a time slot. Does anyone know if Disney releases the openings the same way they do dining, or do they lag awhile? Also need to know about HDD, thanks.

I saw a recent video that said they only reserve 2 of the 3 chairs, so there's always Availability for walk-ins.

I don't know if they still do this but in the past I walked into the barbershop early in the morning and made a same-day reservation in person. I came back and it was a nice experience.
