Main Steet U.S.A B-day Party?

My 3 yr old daughter told me she wants to have a Main Street USA Birthday Party. Thats her absolute favorite song from the Sing Along Video, she sings it all the time. Its a few months to her b-day so I know she might change her mind but we'll be in DisneyWorld about a month before so I think she'll want to stick with it. So now I'm trying to come up with ideas
For Food I was thinking hot dogs (Caseys), Pop Corn (DollarTree has those little plastic popcorn containers) Mickey shaped Rice Crispie Treats, maybe make your own sundaes. I have no ideas for a cake though.
The only activities I could think of was a parade-kinda like the Family Fun day parade-give all the kids instruments and let them march and decorate Mickey Ears that I could cut out of Contruction Paper or Foam
Goodie Bags-Mickey Coloring book and crayons and figurine from Dollar Tree
I'm at a loss as far as decorations-just lots of balloons for sure.
Any ideas out there?

You should be able to get some R,W & B decor now that the 4th is over. that may be fun.
how about straw hats? skimmers.
