Mailing cashiers check

Does anyone know how much time do you have to mail in the cashiers check once the closing docs arrive? I received my closing docs but there is a 10 day hold on the check we deposited to withdrawl the money to overnight to the title company. On my initial contract it states :
This contract shall be closed on or before 11/29/2011 unless extended by the title company.
So does that mean they have to have the check in hand by that date?

Just contact the Title Company and let them know what's going on. It won't be a problem.

Also you can ask your bank to clear the deposited check sooner than 10 days. Most banks can choose to do that. Some will just call the bank the deposited check is on to verify the funds etc. Others all you have to do is ask. All the best!

I agree with Song of the South, just call your bank and ask if the funds have been confirmed because you need the money for a cashiers check. If they haven't been confirmed then request that they do so right away.
