I posted this last night in the Everything you need to know about magicbands thread but I ran into the magic keepers (keychains) last night at the contemporary gift shop. I did not run into them at MK or TTC store.
Price: $9.95 plus tax (before any discounts). I was able to use an AP discount on them.
All include a screwdriver and 2 screws which is easily visible on the carabeener (right in below pic). It was a little tricky to get it in and the screws are tiny tiny. This is a sit down somewhere safe to switch it change. The screws are in the little piece of blue tape you can see on the handle of the screw driver.
There is no separate keychain, just remove the carabeener to get it which I thought was nice you get both with 1 purchase at no additional cost.

My best guess right now is check the resorts if you want one, they are at contemporary but very limited supply.

The merchandise is duplicated in so many stores, if you don't have it get the shop disneyparks app for your phone, that'll help you locate where something is in stock to go get (and sometimes even ship home without being there).
