Magicband+ Support, Questions, Comments, and (please not many) Gripes

That was fast!!! Glad you got it to work. My band is still "processing". I still have some time before we leave.....

Oh, this is the "back-up" I ordered the Stitch one from ShopDisney with expedited shipping. I wanted to have one just in case - my resort-stay ordered Pride Collection one is still processing.

really??? have you tried with other devices? I can't believe they would do that.

I only have android devices, I will not buy Apple due to past issues with their lack of support. Had I known there were issues with android I wouldn't have purchased MB+. Guest relations knows there are issues but no eta on when or if Disney IT will fix. Was not offered a refund for the two useless bands I purchased but I registered a complaint. All Guest Relations would say was to keep checking for updates. As of yesterday they had no official response to offer guests.

I’m still waiting on mine to get here, but I had a question. I bought one of the fancier magic bands for our trip last June and literally halfway through my trip, I was on Expedition Everest and I hit my wrist against the edge of the car I was in and my band flew off on the top and they never recovered it. Does Disney sell anything you can use to make the band more secure? I don’t want to lose this one.

Interesting discovery: if the bands just sit around for a few days, they die and do need to be re-charged.
