Magical Express

Just read a horrible report on Mousesavers on the first days of Magical Express. Wondered if anyone actually experienced it? The Mousesavers report was based on the reports of other, NOT on first-hand experience. I wonder if it actually worked out the way it was supposed to for anyone?

Traveling June 13 and hoping it's fixed by then.

Magical Express, like anybody else, will have a "bad hair day" from time to time. There could be an accident on Rte 417 (Greene's Way) that ties up a lot of buses and it may take awhile to get spares over to the airport for the next round of guests.

A few towncar companies give the whole industry a bad rap because they don't graciously refund the guests' fares when the car doesn't up on time and the guest had to use a backup plan. (The guest cannot expect a refund if he is already in the car and sees himself stuck in traffic and missing his plane)
