Can you tell me if you used Disney's Magical Express Service and if you were with it?

We used it, Christmas day no less. Had a wonderful experience. It was so nice and there were no lines. Going back was just as smooth.

I have had no problems with it - neither the bus ride or our luggage arriving in our room. I suppose that that could change depending on what time of day and what day of the week you arrive - I am sure they have their crowded times. Bur I have not heard too many complaints lately.

It's a great way to start your vacation - you get the magic right from the start!!!

I was very impressed with this service...It was sooo nice to have this all arranged before the trip (but I almost packed our return tickets in our checked luggage...didn't realize there were more tickets in the book and I needed tickets when we left the hotel)

When we got to MCO we first went outside, then they directed us to a counter inside (couldn't miss the CM's with the big mickey hands pointing us in the right direction)...There was a small line where you check in...just let them know how many pieces of luggage you checked, show tickets & ID...and then you go lto another line- by hotel. We were the only ones in the poly line and they put us on the bus right away (w/WL, GF & Contemp). I could see some of the other lines had 20-30 people in them, but I'm sure as soon as their bus came they'd all go on one bus.

The little movie they show on the bus gets you really excited...and the movie on the ride home gets you in the mood to plan another trip!!!

Our luggage was delivered to our room less that 4 hours after we checked in. And there were no problems (except that it was the only ride in disney that made me motion sick!)

We have used it twice with no problems at all.

This trip was a bit different as only 3 of the original 5 were taking ME and 2 of us taking the Empty rental down .

Then Dniece was coming mid-week ( didn't make it ).

They took care of it all and said if anything changes just let them know.
