At first it was just my family of 5 staying at the cabins and I arranged for DME the day we arrive. Later I added my mom to the reservation and set up DME for the day after we check in for her arrival. I did this over the phone with a CM. We received our luggage tags a couple of weeks ago but still nothing for my mom. I had to call Disney for something else and asked and the CM said her tag should arrive to my address separately. Still nothing.
We have more tags than we will need but they are dated the day before my mom will arrive. Can she use one of our tags or should I call again?

Yes, after the initial reservation, I tend to deal directly with DME at the number provided above. This way, I know they have the information directly.

Talked to ME and they stayed the tags we have will be good even the next day and even with my son's name for my mom's arrival. He also offered to make tags for my mom and send them out.
