Magical Express/return flight and checking bags at resort (fee??)

We just purchased our airfare on Airtran. So, there is a baggage fee for checked luggage.

If we take advantage of dropping our bags off at Magical Express counter the day of departure (so we can enjoy some more time in the parks before we go home) how do we pay the baggage fee? Do we have to call Airtran prior to our departing flight? Will they take care of this at Magical Express desk???

I think I remember us paying for both flights checked bags at our original departing airport. We did have one extra thing to pay for on the way back so we held that with our carryons and paid at the ticketing counter in Orlando on our way out. We also flew AirTran.

You'll get a sheet delivered to your room with your ME return trip info that has the number to call to pay bag fees if you need to. They'll give you a confirmation number that you paid. Take that number with you to the ME bags counter. (sometimes they ask to see it, sometime they dont) Take all your checked bags with you to the counter & they'll get to the airport from there. The next time you see your bags is at the airport when you get home.
