My husband I and will be meeting my mom and two sisters at MCO but we are coming in on two separate flights and two separate airlines. We received vouchers from ME but they did not include all of our party so I called and ME sent us new ones. Now, however, on our Disney Reservation online it lists only our arrival date and departure date and does not have both of our flights listed. I'm wondering if this is going to be an issue. Can they have two separate flights listed for there and back? Can I just list my mother/sisters' flight on our reservation since they will be the last to arrive and first flight out and we were planning to wait for them/leave with them if possible? Does ME/Disney have access to flight info to know if I listed us under a flight we were not on? Finally, if I use the luggage tag on our South West flight (the airline my husband and I are using) would it still arrive if we put the AirTran flight info (my mom/sisters' flight) down?

I'd call ME and get everything in their database correct. This is especially important if anyone is checking luggage.

If you will be arriving within a few hours of each other, you can leave things as-is, with just your flight number.

Less confusion if you wait until after you get there to make the going home DME reservations more exact. No problem with different flight numbers or departure times.

We found out about this the hard way -- my husband's came in a week after us and they had him down as arriving a day early. I called ME -- they said no problem, the most important thing was that he was down as a resort guest and that the luggage tag had the correct resort on it.

The day of his flight, something went wrong with the plane and it had to return to the airport -- we were expecting him to still arrive that day, but later and maybe not the same airline. We checked with both the resort and ME and again they said it would be no problem. But if he was going to be coming in very late at night it would be best if we could get the correct flight info so that they could ensure that they would be there to meet him.

As long as everybody is listed as a resort guest, there should be no problem at all.
