I booked ME for our August trip months ago. We got our packet on June 23 but it was wrong. They had us only listed as taking ME on our return flight and we didn't get luggage tags.
I called DVC Member services and told them. They had entered our arrival flight wrong so the system didn't accept it therefore no luggage tags or arrival information was entered. The said they corrected the problem and would send out the tags.
Almost a month has passed and still no ME packet or tags. I called today and they still didn't have the arrival flight. I gave them my flight numbers and they said that my flight number was showing invalid on their system.
I checked with southwest and my flight number is indeed valid. All of a sudden they said it accepted my flight number and they would send out the new information.
I'm not convinced that we will receive the tags and vouchers since it has already been messed up twice.
What should we do?
