Magical Express Luggage Tags

When and how will I receive the luggage tags that I need to place on my luggage in order for the Magical Express to pull our luggage from the plane and put it on the truck to our resort?

Will they come with the travel documents that my travel agent will send to me prior to my travel dates, or will they come in a separate mailing directly from Disney (or Mears Transportation)? And how far in advance will I receive them?

We've been to Disneyworld many times, and often take the Magical Express buses but we have always picked up our own luggage at baggage claim and taken it with us on the bus. On our upcoming trip we want to just go straight from our plane to the Magical Express and get on the first available bus.

DME told me they mail them out 30 days prior an in our case that seems about right
We booked directly so they came right to me
I have read varying reports on booking via agent, I guess it depends on how the agent books it on if they go to you or the agent

They come as part of your trip documents now (if you booked a package) - usually about a month prior to departure.
