Magical Express form for DVC

This is the first time we will use Magical Express, and I have found it confusing to fill out.

When filling out from where to MCO, do we submit the filght number from our original airport or the airport just prior to MCO?

Similarly for the return trip do we submit our final destination flight information?

Please help as I'd like to get DME set for our August trip. Thanks.

Form? What form? When we booked our July trip at the BWV we just gave MS the flight information into and out of MCO and they did the rest of the work. Our luggage tags arrived in the mail Tuesday.

I would assume the form requires the flights into and out of MCO, so they know where to pick up and drop off your luggage. In our case, the flights are direct non-stop so the flight info was a no-brainer.

I also just booked DME for our son's stay at BCV and had to complete a form. I originally sent a request with the flight info and reservation number to MS via email and received the "form" back asking for specific information. I completed the form and emailed it back.

On the incoming flight, I think they are looking for the "last leg" information as that is the flight number on which you will arrive at MCO. On the outbound, I think they just need the flight number on which you are leaving MCO.

Yes, they are interested in the last leg of your trip...as it pertains to your arrival at MCO.
For those that aren't aware...you can book DME on-line at the DVC website if you are staying on points.
