Magical Express and renting points

If someone is renting points, are they eligible for the Magical Express? Do they call Member Services themselves and book the pick-up and drop off, or would I have to book it for them?

MS will need to set it up for you. They will require flight information and names of all in the party. To be sure, it might be best if you provided the information to MS, but the renter may be able to get thru to do the same thing.
