Magical Express and earlier arrival

Due to awful flight schedule for Morning flight on Dec. 8 th, we have decided to arrive Thursday night and stay at a hotel near airport. We would like to take their shuttle back to airport next morning and use Magical Express to get to our resort. Will Disney allow that?
