Magical Deal at the Poly for 2015

I am booked in Oct 2015 at the Contemporary via 'magical' deal and while I cannot see my tickets in MDE via the web, I can see then via the iPhone app.

It says '02-Day Magic Your Way Base Ticket - Groups & Conventions', but then below it says, '1 day of admission remaining'. I see others with this same issue throughout the boards and folks don't seem to have issues with FP+.

Also there is chatter that it is an MDE issue and not an issue with the tickets. I gather I have time for this issue to resolve itself. Hopefully

The 1 day admission remaining is the free "fun" day you get with these ticket types. Hope that helps!
 
I hope I've found the correct agency (one of the agents who shares a name with a Christmas plant has a Facebook page with deals?) but before I ask for a quote how does payment work? Does the full balance need to be paid immediately? Is it done through the Disney website?
 
YAY!! We are booked for Aug 16-22 at the Poly. It has always been a dream of ours to stay at the Poly and I can't believe its happening!! :cool1:

After a couple of emails of questions and information, I booked next December (2015) this week. I immediately went on My Disney Experience (I dunno, is that the right name?) and it was there. Already personalized my magic band. :thumbsup2 Deposit for my room only booking was $200. Rest needs to be paid in, like October? I sent the payment info to the TA. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy.

Ok..... I already have a booked trip for June at All Star Music for a suite. 6k (dining plan and tix). The travel agent can do Poly or Beach Club no dining for 3600-4000. What do I do? This will be my 12 year olds first trip so I wanted to do a few special dinners. Roughly $200-300. I'm thinking the plan will be worth it. Your thoughts ?? There are 5 of us: me, DH (big eater) DD 21 DS 17. DD 12. Help

Unless you are doing several character meals, you likely won't come out ahead with the dining plan for that many adults.
 
I wanted to update everyone - I was able to make FP's tonight even though my tickets still are not showing up in MDE. Only 60 days to go before my grandson's surprise birthday trip!

Love seeing the pictures of the updated pool at the Poly. I can't wait to use this great deal to stay next year with all of the new updates!!!!:cool1:
 
That's great about being able to make FP+. I'm still a bit anxious with no tickets showing, but this is positive news!
 
I was able to customize magic bands, but tickets still not showing up. Did anyone else have their shipping address show as the TA's? That was unexpected.

Yes mine is the same. I haven't changed it yet, but figure we're going to need to.

Yes, definitely change to your home shipping address. My TA tells everyone that or it will delay your Magic Bands. The Magic Bands will ship to whichever address is listed on MDE.

Yes - I changed it to our home address when I customized the MagicBands.

Does anyone know why you can't add a dining plan for this? We prefer the ease of paying in advance and just swiping our band

I believe It is because they are convention tickets and since you are in a lecture all day you should not need a dining plan so Disney will not all you to buy one with those types of tickets. I would just get a gift card to prepay, it would save you money vs the dining plan anyway, they so over charge for ddp.

My tickets are not showing up on the MDE but are showing up on the mobile MDE. I really hope I don't have to make FP+s from my cell phone.
