There was a Photopass photographer in front of China at Epcot. I asked if she knew any Magic Shots. She made my friend pose with one hand on her hip. She made me pose with both hands on my hips. Then she did the Magic Shot where you hold the balloons.

The balloons were added to that photo, but no Magic was added to the other two photos.

Was Disney supposed to add Magic to the shot of my friend with one hand on her hip, and the shot of me with both hands on my hips? They didn't.

If they were not supposed to add Magic to those photos, I don't know why the photographer insisted that we pose that way.

There are rather frequent posts from guests who have had MagicShot poses that the Disney World photo processors missed.
Looks like that's what happened to you.

Maybe she was just trying to interact with you. Everybody has hundreds of pictures on vacation where they are standing there with their family smiling. Maybe she was trying to give you something different.

You should be able to contact photopass (See missing photos..) and ask them to include the wings. Im pretty sure that's the pose for wings (hands on hips). Also when were they taken? sometimes it takes a few days for the magic to magically appear

Thanks, I will contact Photopass and see if they forgot to add magic to these shots. (My friend looks good, but I look kind of strange with both hands on my hips for no apparent reason.)
