Magic Morning...

Ok - I am a anvid and frequent WDW visitor. We stay on property and I fully understand Extram Magic hours.

Our first trip to the West is this summer and I am trying to understand Magic Mornings.

We are staying off property but will have 4 day park hoppers.

It is my understanding that...
We will get 1 magic morning during our 4 days?
That Magic Morning is only available at Disneyland park (not DCA)?
Magic mornings can only be used on Tu, Th or Sat?

All of that being understood...I was wondering if there are any days at DCA that DO NOT have a Magic Morning/Early Entry/Extra Magic hour...

In looking at Disney's website and serching this forum, I THINK there is NO early enrty of any kind...for anyone to DCA on Thursday...

That way when I get there I will not be an hour behind the crowd...

Does that make sense?

Great job in doing your research! You're just about right on everything! Yes, you will be getting one Magic Morning that is only available at Disneyland. If you stay onsite, you'll be able to have Early Entry into both parks. DCA's Early Entry for Hotel Guests is MWFSun and DL's Early Entry for Hotel Guests and Magic Morning for 3+ Day Parkhoppers is TThSat. Since the opening of DCA 2.0 last summer, there may be some days where Disney will open both parks for Early Entry during particularly crowded times. At this point we won't be able to know if both parks will be open for Early Entry, but if not, no early entry of any kind would be on TThSat.

Just one note, AP holders do get early entry to DCA on Saturdays. This will likely hold up through the summer.

Really? I didn't mention it b/c OP said they were going in summer and the AP promotion is scheduled to end April 14th. I haven't heard anything about them extending the promotion yet. Unless you have word that they will? I will be extremely happy if they extend it!

EDIT: Actually, not entirely thrilled because I just realized it doesn't affect me. Only Premium AP holders can get in early on Saturdays right now because everyone else is blocked out. Darn.

Just wondering, is this speculation on your part, or you have you heard some more reliable information on this? I would love to see the AP early entry extended through the summer, and those would definitely be factors in my planning.
