Okay, I can't remember- Do they still do the little welcome show with the train and the dancers on mornings that have extra magic hours? Or do they just let everyone in and then do that at the regular entry time, or not at all on EMH days?

I want to make sure my DS sees this as he is a huge train fan and would just flip to see the characters ride in on the train...plus it just gives you that magical start to the day pixiedust:

It depends more on the time of year, weather, and anticipated crowd levels. They will do the full opening show on EMH days if crowd and weather dictate it. If it's a low attendance day in the off season, or the weather is absolute rubbish, it will be the scaled down version (no train) or the audio-only announcement.

On EMH days the ONLY show or announcement will be at EMH, not repeated at regular opening.

Yes, they do it on EMH days. The opening show occurs only once a day, so if it's an EMH day, it will occur then and NOT again at the later opening (hour later). At least this is how it has occurred for us in June when we've gone and what I've read from others here on the board.

Thanks, I thought I remembered them doing it on EMH. We are going in Sept/October so hopefully the weather and crowds will be enough. I'll cross my fingers!
