Magic Kingdom 23 August - Why Extended Evening hours?

Hi all
Can anyone tell me why there are Extended hours from 10pm to midnight on this day. It’s not Halloween event. Will this make the evening very busy in MK? Or can I buy tickets to Extended hours?

There are extended hours at MK every Wednesday. It’s free for guests staying in deluxe resorts (and Swan/Swan Reserve/Dolphin and Shades of Green) and they’re the only people allowed to go.
