Magic Express - Thomas cook

Quick question. I believe that to use the ME you need to tie yellow band around your suitcase handles?

Will I get these bands when I get the tickets etc from Thomas cook, or will i get them at the airport?

You really need to contact your travel agent for that information. If ME has been booked through your travel agent, then the yellow tags should be sent to you via post, however not all transfers booked through travel agents are with Magical Express. I think that most Thomas Cook flights go to Sanford, if that's the case then the transfer won't be Magical Express. However if you are flying into OIA with ME transfers and you want your bags to be tranferred to your Disney Resort, without you collecting them, then you'll need the yellow tags. You can however just pick your bags up at baggage claim and take them onto the Magical Express coach with you, that way you will have them from the moment you check in rather than waiting a few hours for them to arrive.
