Yes.

What a guest does is link the tickets to the MyDisneyExperience account(s.)
And, link any MagicBand(s) purchased to the same MyDisneyExperience account(s.)
The MB(s) will then automatically have access to any of the tickets (etc.) in the MDX account(s.)

This is a very common and standard procedure.
Any new MBs purchased can be quickly and easily linked.
