Magic Bands?

I tried to search this out, so hopefully not a repost.

I went to select Magic Bands for my children for our upcoming trip, but it says that none are available. It this just a system error or are they not even offering them any more whatsoever? I know they are not doing complimentary bands, but I thought they were still going to sell the themed bands for shipping out.

It was giving me options to buy yesterday through the MDE app.

I just booked a trip for May 2022 and it looks like they associated a card with my MDE account. It appears that even though I'm staying at a Disney resort, I don't have the option to add a discounted Magic Band. I thought we could purchase discounted ones for $5 if we had a Disney resort reservation?
