Magic bands for water parks

Can you get magic bands for the water parks if your an annual pass holder just for the water parks?

Magic bands are not for specific parks...if you own one, you just link all your tickets (including water park tickets) to MDX and the band will read them. As an annual passholder, you should already have a band.

I haven't tried linking water park tickets to MDX but I assume you can do that. If you have a premium AP it will definitely work.

They sent a thing asking if I wanted a band when I had my annual pass for the parks but it was about to expire so I said no. I have the annual pass for the water parks. I can buy a band and just link it then?

Yes, you could do that.

You could have ordered the band and then used it with any tickets you have. The band itself is not specific to that annual pass.
