Magic Bands and Split Stay

Checking in on Aug. 31 for two nights at Pop. Room only. We will have the bands for two nights that we'll be there.
On Sept. 2 checking in at POFQ with free dining. So, my question is: Will we be able to use the Magic Bands on the second part of our trip? Can I link everything through the magic band?
