Magic Band with AP Question

I have a trip coming up in March and I have an AP. Other members of my group just purchased tickets, so I called to make sure my AP would be linked to the Magic Band that arrives for that trip.

I have another trip in October 2015, with no AP (it expired before then, but Oct worked for us with work schedules), but we have already purchased our tickets. We do not have a package, but purchased the room and tickets separately. Tickets are linked in MDE. So my MDE shows that I have an AP and a 7 day PH assigned to me.

I want to make sure that when I scan my MB to get into the park in March, that my AP is used and not my 7 day hopper. Will both my AP and the 7 day PH be on that Magic Band, or should just the AP be linked?

Magic Bands will just read whatever is linked to your MDX account.

You would need to go to Guest Relations and have them "prioritze" your tickets so the AP is read before the 7 day ticket.

You can also unlink the ParkHopper because you won't need it on this upcoming trip. Re-link it after your trip has been completed. This way you can forego visiting Guest Services.
