We just got our Magic Bands today. :cool1: I see that you can peel the two layers apart and the top layer becomes a smaller size Magic Band. My question is, once you peel them apart, can you put them back together if you want it back to the original size?

as said, no you can't..

but you can put it around the wrist without peeling it to see which might be better to do for each person in your family/traveling party before you pull it apart for someone.

My band was too big for my wrist but I was afraid to pull it apart since that move is permanent. I cut about an inch off of the end of the band so it didn't have to overlap so much. That worked well for me.

Two words:

Gorilla Glue.

I wish I would have thought of that. I would have just glued them to my kids' arms. I'm two for two years in a row with having a child swearing to me that s/he absolutely wanted the gray off, positively, certainly, 100 percent ... Until 10 secs after the move was complete and then it was meltdown city. Ahhh, good times, Disney. Thanks for that.

We leave all ours the original size so anyone in the family can wear them. Comes in handy if you are going to swap fast passes amongst you family.

Oh my God, I wore mine for five days and had no idea I could have peeled it to make it easier to fit on my wrist!

Of course, no one has to *wear* them. For that purpose they could just hold them and put it in a pocket or on a belt loop etc.
