Magic band purchase and set up

Hi. My family and I after much thought have booked an off site villa at Sheraton Vistana. We will be purchasing our park tickets at our local Disney store since we have Disney rewards, and perfer not to stand in line as much. My question is if we purchase our magic band through Disney store or disney store online, is there a way to have our tickets and fast passes linked prior to arrival at the parks? Would really love to have everything all set up before we get there. Any insight into my Disney experience app would be extremely helpful. I really appreciate any comments or advice. Thank you!

I would use a computer not a mobile device with an app. Go to the account (MDE) area of disneyworld.com and add MBs and tickets.

Now, you know you don't have to have a MB, right? The tickets hold the info (and links to MDE for FP+) just like the MBs do.

Download the MDE app, have everyone create an account. Then link everyone by email invitations. This way everyone can be grouped together and all have the same fast passes.

When you have your tickets just enter the code on them into MDE to link them to your account. Same thing with a magic band you buy. There's a unique code on the underside of the MB that you type into MDE to link.
