Magic Band problem?

We are a family of 4 heading to WDW next week. It will be our first visit with Magic Bands. We customized our bands on-line, but when I received notification that they shipped, MDE only showed 3 magic bands, and instead of a magic band for my son, a card only. However, all four did ship to us, but still only 3 show on MDE. Will my son's magic band work? I'm planning on checking of course when we get to the hotel, but thought I'd ask you all based on your experience , just in case there was something I should take care of now.

If his MB happens not to work (it very likely WILL work,) it can be activated nearly instantly at WDW.

Have all of your MBs checked when you arrive.

Same thing is happening to us! We customized all three of our bands. My husbands band came in the ugly grey(sorry, he wanted the blue), and in our MDE account, he doesn't even show a band, but a card. I called as soon as the bands were received, they assured me everything will be fine, that all of our reservations are showing for the 3 of us, for resort, dining, and fp.

So, we will wait and see when we arrive next Friday. I chalked it up to us having military discount tickets, and figured it was some glitch. Still kinda bummed he didn't get his blue magic band.

Does your son have his own MDE account?

This. Very much this.

Once the bands ship, they're assigned to the individual. Unless you manage the individual, the band will move to that person's account and you will not see it.
