Magic band picture not showing

I purchased a magic band on shop Disney and entered it into my Disney experience, and the picture isn't showing up next to the number. It's just the number of the band. My other bands have a picture next to them. Anyone know why this one isn't showing up?

Some of the limited edition bands don’t show up in MDE. I have a few different bands that either just show the number or show up as a Grey band (even though they’re far from grey).

I just purchased the Reigning Cats MB, and there is no picture on MDE, just the number.

Not all of the magic bands will show. I had to try explaining it to my kids...

It's just a sad blank space where the pic should be with a number.

When you go to deactivate one, it’s easy when you see the pic of the band. When it’s just numbers, you have no idea which one it is unless you grab the MBs and look at the numbers on the back of them.

This is exactly why it bugs me when a picture doesn't show up.
...but I've had it show up through the website, which is weird that the app wouldn't do the same.
