Magic as Wide as a smile!10/28 Trip Report Link!!!!

Yay for an update and woo-hoo for 80 days! :yay::woohoo:

We did Akershus for dinner three years ago and although the kids loved it, us adults didn't. I'd love to try it again for breakfast though.... glad to hear a good review about it!

Love the character pictures... such happy smiles. :teeth:

 I think with the rear-end-lady I would have held my fork out and just let her back into it, heehee. At least you could all laugh about it.

79 days now ;) I'm so excited!

We like breakfast at Akershus way better then dinner! Although the set up is a little weird to us! They have the buffet with fruits, cheeses, muffins etc and then you get the family style eggs and stuff! It's all yummy though!

I really should have given her a little jab in butt!

Loved the regatta pictures - very cool! I especially like the one of the boats all at the starting line.

So glad you got a chance to update. You got fabulous pictures at Askerhaus. It sounds like a fun meal.

Poor Ryan - blow out at Disney and hives for a week. That stinks.

Thanks! It's was a crazy, long week!

We had a great time at Akershaus!!!

Ryan's a pretty resilient kid, he's ok! I just felt so bad for him!

WOOT for 80 days WOOT!!

Of course I had to stop and stare at the BEAUTIFUL picture of the Haunted Mansion LOL!!!

Great update!!!!

79 days now! I noticed your ticker for Oct is gone! :sad1: Boo!

:lmao: I knew you'd like that picture!!!

I love Cinderella's winter dress! :lovestruc Great update!

Isn't it pretty?! I love it! DD used to have a doll with that dress on!

Great update! I didn't know that Cinderella had a winter dress!

Isn't it pretty?!

Everything looks yummy..... it's on my 2012 list! :rotfl:

I love your Jack shirts!! I might have to steal the blue one from you :rolleyes1 I remember seeing that I think on the Disney shopping website and it is a perfect choice for MNSSHP.
I am sooooooooo excited to hopefully be able to see MSEP! I haven't seen it since I was sooooooooo much younger :rotfl2: I can totally hear the music and I am thrilled to get the chance to see it again.

:rotfl: the whole commentary about BIL running like a girl cracked me up!!! Have you ever seen the episode of Friends where Phoebe and Rachel go running? Phoebe runs with her arms failing all over the place and that is EXACTLY how I pictured your BIL running! Ohhhh! I found it on YouTube in case you can't remember/haven't seen it! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E_0Ta_DIWuU :lmao:

And the butt lady!!! :rotfl2: Oh too funny!!! You so should have poked her with your fork!

I can relate to the mid-day blow out and having to buy a new outfit, that happened to Henry at MK once. :sad2: I think we paid around $30 for a new outfit!

Great pictures with the Princesses!

I'll let you borrow it ;)

I so excited about MSEP!!!! I've heard so many good things about it! I'm hoping it will still be around in December too!

:lmao::rotfl2::rotfl: He was more like Rachel! Arms and everything!!!! Too darn funny! I tried really hard not to say anything but even I don't run like that!!!

I really should have poked her! I still have nightmares ;)

UGH! THe blowout was less then fun! I had to go with what they had that was his size and what was pants because it was so cold! Of course he got both his pants and shirt! I think I spent $50!!!

Everything looks yummy..... it's on my 2012 list! :rotfl:

:thumbsup2 definitely try it!!!

It sounds like you had a fun time at Akerhaus. (Lady's rear end not withstanding ;) ). I was surprised how much I liked it when I went in December.

$50! Ouch! But, I bet he looked VERY cute in that outfit...! We had Henry wear his WDW outfit anytime it was clean to get our money's worth. :rotfl2: We milked that baby until he literally couldn't squeeze into it!

It was a great time! The ladies rear end was something I'll remember forever! I really like Akerhaus. This was the 2nd time we've done breakfast and we did dinner once. I like the atmosphere. It seemed much more relaxed to me then CRT. I wasn't a huge fan of the dinner items they had so breakfast is a great alternative!

:upsidedow I KNOW! I just about gasped outload! It was a really cute pair of blue WDW althetic pants and a jacket type thing that matched! He loves the outfit and he wore the jacket as his spring jacket so it did get pretty good use. I'm hoping it will still fit in a few months! Anytime we would be getting ready to go out and I would get the jackets he would ask for his "Disney World Jacket?!" :lmao: Too cute!

Hmmm, where's the Tag Fairy??? :lmao:

When I left off I was going in search of my family who was helping Kim Possible save the world.

Before I go on I must admit that I have very little memory of out trip around WS! I know I really enjoyed it, I know it was super relaxing and I know I was exhausted that day!!

But we didn't go in order because of KP. Not going in order is NOT like me! I kinda threw me off!

I know I met up with the family outside of Mexico, they were inside and I had just purchased myself a Margarita! Ryan, who was now dry and happy, and I sat outside and waited for the family! Normally I would have gone in, I love, love, love the Mexico pavilion! But, at that moment I was happy to sit on the steps, sip my margarita and people watch! I also duck watched too! I saw a duck take a piece of pretzel right out of a little boys hand! The poor kid cried and the poor dad was so upset that it happened! :sad1:

Anyway, when the family came out from their journey to Mexico we ventured on. KP had us moving on to a new adventure.

We went to Germany and saved the world from Pretzels!! We explored the Pavilion a little and then moved on!

The world needed to be saved again!

Again I'm fuzzy on where we went next! Opps!!! I believe it was the Norway but I could be wrong!

We road Malestrom and we saved the world once again! Geeze how many times in one day does the world need saving!?

It was in Norway that I convinced DD that other agents could help KP save the world. After all, it was her cousins 1st trip to WDW and KP was kinda making it hard to soak in the true atmosphere of WS. I promised her we'd do it again if it's still around next trip. It really was a lot of fun!

After Norway we kinda went in order again but skipped the countries that KP had taken us too!

So we skipped over China and Germany. I believe the family had saved the world in China while I was off with the very soaked Ryan!

So we were off to Italy!

DD had her heart set on buying her BFF Italian Mickey, which I thought was very sweet so we did a little shopping and a little exploring! Jessica feel in love with the Italy Pavilion and said it reminded her of New Moon! :lmao: Teenage girls!!!!! LOL!!!

And I finally took some pics!

(That guy with the cellphone was having a very loud, business related argument with whoever was one the other end!)

After Italy we were off to the American Adventure! We got in just in time to go up to see the show! We didn't get to see the Voices of Liberty :sad2:

I promised myself that I would stay awake during the show, I tried really, really hard to stay awake!

But I didn't :headache: I hate to admit it but I feel asleep once again!

After our American Adventure (or in my case, an adventure in napping) we were off to Japan! We explored the shop...

and then watched the drummers from really far away! I couldn't take pics because there were too many people

After Japan we were off to Morocco! I LOVE this pavilion! It's so beautiful and exotic!!

Then we were off to France! Some of us went to watch the movie, some of us stayed outside! I opted to stay outside, I figured I'd go for fresh air instead of another nap :lmao:

Jen and Jessica decided to stay with me!

So I got a chocolate crepe for us to share! It smelled so, so, so good! It was kinda meh though! Definitely not my favorite WDW snack ever! It wasn't Jen's or Jess's either, I think we each took 1 bite and threw it away! Boo!

While we sat we watched this guy...

He completely freaks me out!!!!

When the rest of the family came back from the movie it was getting closer to the time we needed to check in for dinner so we ventured that way!

Which direction did we go? check back soon to find out!
;)

Wow! I am new to your trip report. I just finished reading it all. It is great, almost like a soap opera with so many things going on all at once. You take great pictures. I especially liked the ones of Wishes. How fun to hear about first timers. Thanks for sharing. I can't wait to hear more.

I LOVE all your pictures! You find absolutely cool perspectives and things to focus on. That is one of my objectives for our next trip - I have tons of pics of most things but I want the unique ones this time.

An adventure in napping... :rotfl:

Was the rest of the family able to stay awake during the American Adventure?

That guy in France completely freaks me out too! I've only seen the show once, and while very impressive, I was gasping over and over again...!

Aww, thanks! I really wish I had taken more! I'm not sure why I didn't! There's always next trip!

I do believe they were :rotfl2: I don't know what it is about dark places in WDW! American Adventure, Hall of Presidents and Muppet Vision 3D do it to me almost ever time!

It is very impressive but I can't even imagine! He's so high, it's crazy!!!!

I was only going to do 10's until I reached 2 weeks on my countdown BUT with more drama getting ready for the Yacht Club Anniversary party and some family drama mixed in I'm completely ready for this trip to get here!!!
