Made Offer on Contract, But Don't See it on the Comptroller Website

Ok all, problem solved. As suggested, the Comptroller search engine failed me. The broker sent over a copy of the deed, and I did another search using the document number and there it sits.

(BTW, the sellers are listed without middle initials, which was my second search parameter that turned up empty).
