Made my first reservation at BCV

I've decided to try to get a studio at BCV for DIScon 2002, so starting this morning, I will be calling every morning and adding a day at a time. You gotta love that 7 month windows. Actually, MS told me that there are "plenty" of studios available for the first couple weeks of December. But I'm taking no chances. My goal is to speak to everyone at MS over the next two weeks. So as of right now, I have a one night reservation at BCV. My goal is to speak with everyone at MS over the course of the next two weeks.

Got my ressies for 8/3 - 8/10 switched over to BCV from OKW this week (studio) with absolutely no problems. I think sometimes those of us who frequent these borads forget that not every DVCer is as rabid as we are (thank goodness)!

We got our ressies for Thanksgiving week at BCV, a one bedroom and then a two bedroom. Dw did one day at a time like you mentioned . We are staying sat to sat, everything was going great until she tried to make res for Thanksgiving night, no more two bedrooms!!!! So she made res for two studios, but when she called back the next day to reserve our last night, she had them double check the waiting list for thursday nights two bedroom and there were some available!!! So she switched the two studios for the two bedroom, what a debacle!!! Bottom line is you need to check back on availability, you never know what is really in the inventory! Cant wait to see our new "home"!
