I am dead excited this morning!!! Its my tenth week on weight watchers, and I have made my 50lb weight loss star today

just wanted to share my dance

Well done i wish i could find the motivatiion. we have booked a holiday oct 06 staying on site and with a 4 night cruise.i need to lose 6 stone and i so much want to look good on the cruise.but i just keep thinking i will start tomorrow if i did start tomorrow i know it could be possible to lose that amount of weight in 16 months.but knowing me what will happen is i will try to lose weight in the last few months not reach my goal because i left it to late and have to wear frumpy clothes that cover mw up. please help me how do i find motivation?
