This is Tues. now. Part 1 started Fri. 5-14 (my birthday!) This is the end part.

Tues. we rode the boat to the MK mid-afternoon. Arrived during the parade and took pictures, of course, same as those we already have. Spent a magical hour eating at Pecos Bill's. Stopped at the smoking spot near Splash MT, and got a Fast Pass for it (not for smoking :teeth: ) Rode the train all the way around, then walked right on to BTMRR. Sat a long time near there, watching the Tom S rafts and wildlife, even baby ducks! Rode Sp MT at 6:30, then the Pirates. Stopped for pineapple floats -- yum! Then headed to Tomorrowland. I was happy to see Carousel of P, as we are never there when it's open. Made a round on the TTA, then saw the last show of Philharmagic. At our last of several smoking stops, I took a picture that we'll call "What Bob Did at the Magic Kingdom." Then we made our way upstream through the crowd gathering for Wishes, and rode the boat "home."

Wed. Epcot mid-afternoon by way of boat and monorail. Walked right on to Spaceship E. Rented Pal Mickey, although my only other experience with him was that he said very little, but inside where he's supposed to be quiet, he laughed 4 times during serious parts of the American Adv. Stopped at our favourite smoking spot near Ellen and a coffee shop. I took my picture of "Bob at Epcot." Then back over to the Living Seas. I'll bet those NATAZU people from the AK could make up a catchy little jingle for it, but IMO it's just an acquarium. Walked right on to Test Track just before it closed. Made our way around the lake, arriving in Italy just as Imaginum did, and at the American Theater just when Eric Burton did. There were plenty of empty viewing spots for Illuminations in World S, but everyone was crowded around the other side of the lake. Had a long meal at the Electric Umbrella and sat outside impressed again by the Disney theming that is eveywhere.

Thurs. mid-afternoon to AK. First stopped for picture of Bob smoking at the AK, then long lunch at Flame Tree BBQ. Food was fair, but atmosphere outstanding. Did you ever see the outdoor "rooms" back there? Actually every square foot of this park is a Kodak Moment. Rode the safari, took pictures of the parade several places while trying to avoid it (cleverly walking thru stores and hurrying only to run into it at every turn.) Extra MH(s) gave us a late show of Tarzan, but the animal trails were closed. :( Rode Kali RR. The last time, we hardly got wet, but this time it was if we'd jumped in the lake. Had to laugh at the towels for sale after the ride, but we are too cheap, so kept wringing out our clothes all the way to the 30 degrees bus that waited for every last passenger it could...

Fri. DH actually felt worse. We spent our last day at the resort. Had a grand meal at Whispering Canyon, but have mixed feelings about all the diner participation they interrupt your meal for. Ended our trip with the Wishes cruise from the WL dock, with other Disers who also did not know each other. (The renter's DH didn't know we were all going!) It was all fabulous: the lake tour, the fireworks, the weather, the DIS people, the last night of our trip.

Going home was uneventlful: check in of our almost totally unused car, shuttle to the airport, and check in there took a total of 10 minutes MAX!!! Had to call the kids for a ride (after reminding them every day of our trip) and they picked us up with the car still half full of pop cans, as they forgot to unload them all when re-cycling.

Altogether it was a great trip. And I have just a border left to put on the quilt!

Happy Birthday and glad you had a great trip. What other dis'ers did you meet?
